Troopers Beating A Compliant Police Detective During a Routine Motor Vehicle

The Trooper's partner watched without ever pulling his gun;
evidencing no need for deadly force as used by the other Trooper.

Det. Wade seat belted in his police vehicle
with Trooper Colaner pulls a gun to his head, pepper sprays, wrenches
his arm and yells commands at him until the other Trooper unbelts Det.
Wade to exit.
CLIP4:
Detective Wade exits compliantly while Trooper Colaner raises his arm above his head,
holding a pepper spray canister to forcefully strike & spray the
Detective while his back was turned. He is then thrown against his vehicle & to
the ground by two Troopers.
