Attorney Susan Chana Lask Files Excessive Force Civil Rights Complaint

From Video Recording New Jersey State Troopers Beating A Compliant Police Detective During a Routine Motor Vehicle Stop

The Trooper's partner watched without ever pulling his gun; evidencing no need for deadly force as used by the other Trooper.

Video - Clips take about 50 seconds to load because of size, replays take a second once loaded: Clip1:The Stop;  Clip2: Colaner pulls his gun; CLIP3: Det. Wade seat belted in his police vehicle with Trooper Colaner pulls a gun to his head, pepper sprays, wrenches his arm and yells commands at him until the other Trooper unbelts Det. Wade to exit. CLIP4: Detective Wade exits compliantly while Trooper Colaner raises his arm above his head, holding a pepper spray canister to forcefully strike & spray the Detective while his back was turned. He is then thrown against his vehicle & to the ground by two Troopers.
