Appendix- Arguments for (a) Labor Union Bad Faith issues
involving job termination for false-positive drug
testing and (b) reversal of attorney to pay fees and
costs as that is akin to sanctions requiring notice and
a hearing. This case is heavily cited in legal
cases, legal books and the internet, specifically our
appellate win on the attorney sanctions issues for the
benefit of clients and counsel everywhere.

Supplementary Appeal Letter- This is an appeals
procedure little known to appellate practitioners yet
widely covered in Appellate Court case law. This
appeal won our young client's freedom from prison on trumped
up charges. His gratitude was expressed in a thank
