It doesn't get any better than this (OK, it does get better, but this was one of the big ones)! I filed the first Federal foreclosure fraud action against Foreclosure Mill Steven Baum and MERS in September 2010 and produced my foreclosure fraud video (that's it right below)  So first Baum and MERS  deny everything, then  
 
Baum trys to intimidate me from pursuing the federal case against him by filing a $6 Million Dollar Libel action against me that, after I was done laughing when I read his nonsense, I didn't even file and answer to his odd complaint. Instead I moved it to Federal Court and filed my motion to dismiss. That had Baum's nonsense case immediately dismissed with prejudice. He didn't see a Penney from me-- and I settled the Foreclosure case amicably for my clients against Baum.  MERS irresponsibly later stated in a Bloomberg article the case was baseless against them.  That's funny, because no court ever decided it was baseless; and in fact, the U.S. Attorney's settlement with Baum reiterates exactly what my 2010 complaint against Baum and MERS alleged--that they were acting irresponsibly and causing filing issues. 

I knew Baum would suffer the consequences of what I alleged in my Federal case against him and here's the start of it--not only did I settle the case I filed against him amicably for my clients but he's now the subject of other lawsuits, including a legal malpractice, the U.S. Attorney just fined him $2 Million Dollars and I can't wait for the result of Attorney General Schneiderman's investigation on him going on right now. 

Thank You karma for the $2 Million Dollar Fine against Baum and the U.S Attorney's settlement that shows my filings were on point!  I thank God for giving me this brilliant legal mind to defend our constitution, give people hope that justice does prevail and knock out the bullies that abuse the system.
