New York Attorney Susan Chana Lask

On November 7, 2011 Congress' House of Representative Ranking Member Elijah Cummings requested Foreclosure Defense Attorney Susan Chana Lask to cooperate with his investigation against Foreclosure Mill Steven Baum. Ms. Lask was all too happy to cooperate because she is the only attorney in the US that filed a federal action against Baum and successfully settled for her clients ,even though Baum tried to intimidate her with his false libel suit against her (she had that dismissed in a NY minute after she filed her motion against him).  But, before that settlement, she learned everything she needed to know about his foreclosure operation and he shut down. The New York Times exposed his hideous Halloween party where his employees mock the very people they make homeless and worse, they ripped the eyes out of Ms. Lask from a picture of her, built a coffin for her and put her in that with threatening epithets. What many do not know is that is the work of an infamous murderer who ripped his victims' eyes out from their pictures before he murdered them. In sum, Baum's operation needs to be shut down immediately and someone should build a coffin for each one of them and let them spend some time in that after taking away their homes. 

Ms. Lask was the first attorney in 2010 to have the guts to expose Baum, not realizing how demonic he actually was when she filed her civil complaint that he turned into a hell storm because of his own personal issues. She was only exposing his bad foreclosure practices to get that corrected.  In any event, she got the attention of the US Department of Justice that fined him $2 Million Dollars for his sloppy work, Attorney Eric Schneiderman is investigating him and his Pillar operation and now Congress is investigating him. What more of an embarrassment does the legal profession need. than this attorney who has wasted our precious time because of his bad practices  Blogs, articles and opinions state it is expected Baum's operation will soon dismantle.  Ms. Lask is working for more than that, unless someone puts him behind bars first.
