- Martin v. Halll 283 A.D.2d 615, 725 N.Y.S.2d 852 (N.Y.A.D. 2 Dept. 2001)-won appellate decision ordering discovery for common law marriage case.
- Wilder v. GL Bus Lines, 258 F.3d 126, 168 L.R.R.M. (BNA) 2203, 143 Lab.Cas. P 11, 052, 50 Fed.R.Serv.3d 314 (C.A.2, 2001)-won Second Circuit Court of Appeals decision reversing Federal District Court sanctions imposed without hearing or notice against attorney. The Circuit Court found the District Court decision actually praised counsel's work.
- Campoverde v. Sony Pictures Entertainment, 2002 WL 31163804 (S.D.N.Y.), 31 Media L. Rep. 1361 (S.D.N.Y., 2002)-won New York Southern District Court Federal decision that contract existed between talk show and guest.
- Kozlowski v. Mangialino,36 A.D.3d 916, 830 N.Y.S.2d 557, N.Y(2 Dept.,2007)- won child custody appeal for mother alleged unfit by proving court appointed experts and Law Guardians do not determine custody decisions, and proved mother was a fit parent.
- Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders of County of Burlington, 2008 WL 800970 (D.N.J. Mar 20, 2008) (NO. CIV. A. 05-3619)- (pro hac vice) won first Class Action Certification against two County Prisons in New Jersey for blanket strip searching non-indictable arrestees during initial processing.
- Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders of County of Burlington, 595 F.Supp.2d 492 (D.N.J. Feb 04, 2009) (NO. CIV.A.05-3619)- won first Summary Judgment against two County Prisons in New Jersey for violating the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments for blanket strip searching non-indictable arrestees.
- Miken v. Hind, Not Reported in A.2d, 2009 WL 1686728(N.J.Super.A.D.,2009- Won Appellate decision that (i) equitable distribution was never granted in a domestic partnership termination, (ii) inheritance is not subject to any split upon terminating a domestic partnership and (iii) irreconcilable differences can not be used to terminate a domestic partnership.
